OPEN and YOUTH divisions scored by weight class and total.

Junior  all weight classes combined and scored by DOTS + AGE formulas.

Master (40-59)  all weight classes combined and scored by DOTS + AGE formulas.

Master (60+)  all weight classes combined and scored by DOTS + AGE formulas.

Teen (14-19) all weight classes combined and scored by DOTS + AGE formulas.

AWARDS: 

INDIVIDUAL

1st - 3rd for Open and Youth

1st - 5th for Junior, Masters, and Teen

OPEN DIVISION OVERALL (must be in OPEN division, calculated by DOTS formula)

💥 Important meet information will be communicated via email. Please provide a frequently used "active" email address.

💥 AGE DIVISIONS scored by points (weight classes compete against each other using DOTS points.)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

✓ Open to All RAW/EQUIPPED lifters

✓ New lifters, novice lifters, MX and experienced lifters all welcome

✓ NO qualifying totals are required to compete in this competition

💥 Lifters must have a current USAPL Membership prior to the start of the competition. You can purchase or renew here:

💥 USA Powerlifting is a drug free organization. A minimum 10% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis. All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.

WEIGHT CLASSES:

Women (kg): 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 100+

Men (kg): 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140, 140+

Girls: 30k (66lb), 35K (77lb), 40k (88lb), and up.

Boys: 30k (66lb), 35k (77lb), 40k (88lb), 44k (97lb), 48k (105lb) and up.

💥 OPEN division is ALL AGES and will be most competitive.  Best Lifter Awards will be selected from the OPEN division based on DOTS formula for both Male and Female.  

💥 OPEN division lifters can set AGE State Records (ex. Lifter enters Open and is 42 years old.  They can break the Masters 1a State Records - no need to enter Masters division, however the OPEN division will likely be more competitive.)

💥 You may enter additional divisions.  You may not enter Raw and Equipped in the same meet.

Contestants will be judged on 5 criteria: Creativity, Originality, Effort, Authenticity and Presentation

1) Creativity – Was the costume made creatively, colorfully, and does it show personality?
