Important meet information will be send out via email. Please be checking this regularly and read thoroughly.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

✓ Open to All RAW/EQUIPPED lifters

✓ New lifters, novice lifters, MX and experienced lifters all welcome

✓ NO qualifying totals are required to compete in this competition

USAPL MEMBERSHIP:

Lifters must have a current USAPL Membership Card to participate. You can purchase here:

DRUG TESTING:

USA Powerlifting is a drug free organization. A minimum 10% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis. All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.

- Raw Junior (20-24)

- Raw Masters (40+)

- Raw Open (all ages)

- Raw Open Bench Only (all ages)

You MAY enter additional divisions. You may not enter Raw and Equipped in the same meet.
