2:30 PM | Lifting Starts

Session 2 Awards and Best Lifter will follow at the conclusion of the meet.

Lifting is estimated to last 4-5 hours per session.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

✓ Open to ALL FEMALE and MX lifters, ages 14 to 114. Including Adaptive Athlete/Para Bench.

✓ New lifters, novice lifters, CrossFit athletes, and experienced lifters all welcome

✓ NO qualifying totals are required to compete in this competition

💥 USA Powerlifting is a drug-free organization. A minimum 10% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis. All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.

WEIGHT CLASSES:

Youth: 30k (66lb), 35K (77lb), 40k (88lb)

Open, Master, Junior, & Teen:

Women (kg): 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 100+

CAP: 56 Lifters

DIVISIONS: Open, Master, Junior, Teen, MX, Adaptive Athlete/Para Bench

💥 OPEN division is ALL AGES and will be most competitive💥

Teen and Master divisions will be broken down into age subdivisions.

COMPETITION EVENTS:

Full Power, Push/Pull and Bench Only

LIFTING CATEGORIES:

✓RAW - non-supportive singlets, belts, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves. This is most common, especially for new lifters. NO knee wraps in the Raw divisions.

✓Raw with Wraps - use the same equipment as Raw, but also allow knee wraps. Knee wraps and knee sleeves may not be worn together.

✓EQUIPPED - single-ply squat suits, bench shirts, deadlift suits, and knee wraps. There is no MULTI-PLY category. All supportive equipment must be on the IPF Approved list

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS:

1st – 3rd place for each weight class and division

All REGULAR meet entries include a Meet T-Shirt. Additional T-shirts are available for pre-sale through April 10, 2023, for $20.
