Competition Information

• The Georgia State Bench Championships will be a 1 platform event

• Registration closes at 60 lifters or September 24th, whichever comes first

• American records (TBD - depends on National Referee availability)

• Team Competition (TBD - depends on number of lifters and team interest)

• Open to ALL lifters, ages 8 to 108

• No qualifying total is required

**THIS IS A GEORGIA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP MEET**

Per the Rulebook, out-of-state lifters will be moved to the guest lifter division

Award Divisions

There will be Raw and Equipped options for each of these divisions except for youth, which will be Raw only. Each division will have Male, Female, and MX. We are grouping the Awards ages together to enable more competition. 

• Youth (Ages 8-13): Top three by total in each weight class

• Teen (Ages 14-19): Top three by DOTS/AGE Formula

• Junior (ages 20-23): Top three by DOTS/AGE Formula

• Open Divisions (ages 14 and up): top three by total in each weight class

• Masters I & II (ages 40-59): Top three by DOTS/AGE Formula

• Masters III and up (ages 60+): Top three by DOTS/AGE Formula

• Women (kg): 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 100+

• Men (kg): 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140, 140+

• Youth Male (kg): 30, 35, 40, 44, 48

• Youth Female (kg): 30, 35, 40
