The 5 Bar Showdown is BACK!!!

On October 20th come take on the ultimate test of strength by competing the Weightlifting and Powerlifting in the SAME DAY! 5 Lifts to determine the overall strongest athlete there is!

****THERE ARE ONLY 40 ATHLETE SPOTS AVAILABLE. ONCE THEY ARE FULL, REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE***

Both events will be sanctioned and will count towards qualifying totals. Athletes will need to be registered competitors in USAW and USAPL

We will complete the Weightlifting portion of the competition, have a short break and go into the Powerlifting portion. The winner will be determined by overall coeffecient added together for both events. 

All athletes will be ranked together by gender.

Top 5 Men and Top 5 Women will be awarded medals.

The Overall Men and Women Champions will win the 5 Bar Sword!

Each Registration includes a Competition Shirt. The cutoff to receive a shirt is September 15th. If you register after that you may not get a shirt
